Our Projects

Our dedicated design team specializes in creating detailed 2D and 3D models, facilitating effective project execution. Below are some notable projects we have completed:

Akash NG project – Bharat dynamics limited

Designed a Transporter Launch Vehicle (TLV) for the transportation of six canisterized articles, enabling efficient loading and unloading onto the Akash NG Missile Launcher. The system includes:
Sub-frame
Floor structure
Crane
Storage box
Sliding/collapsible canopy
Canister pallet frame for six canisters
Fitted with a spare wheel carrying mechanism and a self-recovery winch

Akash Prime – Bharat dynamics limited

Developed a TLV designed for transporting six articles and facilitating their loading and unloading onto the Akash Prime Missile Launcher. The system consists of:
Sub-frame
Floor structure
Crane
Storage box
Sliding/collapsible canopy
Six article mounting frames for secure holding.

Tilting Fixture - Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR

Developed a hydraulic tilting fixture system suitable for tilting S200/HS200, S139, and SS1 segments. This fixture is part of the SPAG project and will be utilized in the New Inhibition and Tilting Facility-3, Unit-2 at SDSC SHAR.

Hydraulic System for Foldable Platform - Satish Dhawan Space Centre Shar

Designed and manufactured a hydraulic-operated foldable platform to support the processing operations of cylindrical rocket segments under the Solid Propellant Plant Augmentation Project (SPAG) at SMPC. This platform will be crucial for inhibition operations at the new facility.
